Research interests
of the McCray Laboratory center around the pathogenesis and treatment
of Cystic Fibrosis (CF) and the development and application of
gene transfer technologies for human disease treatment. The main
areas of investigation in the lab are:
1- pulmonary
host defense, and
2- gene
transfer for the treatment of inherited and acquired diseases.
